In addition to the quarterly-issued Pitcairn Log, postal auctions, and a variety of web-based interactions, there are in-person PISG events. These events usually occur at international philatelic exhibitions (the next PISG event is scheduled for London 2010 to be held in London on May 8, 2010 at the Union Jack Club).

PISG elections are also held every two years. The next election is scheduled for Spring 2011, with the new team taking office on September 1, 2011. See results of the 2009 elections here.
