In addition to the quarterly-issued Pitcairn Log, postal auctions, and a variety of web-based interactions, there are in-person PISG events. These events usually occur on a rotating basis around the United States (the next PISG event is scheduled for StampShow 2008 to be held at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford from August 14-17, 2008) and on a semi-annual basis in London (usually at the Union Jack Club).

PISG elections are also held every two years. The next election is scheduled for Summer 2009, with the new team taking office on September 1, 2009. See results of the 2007 elections here.
